Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for Java, Python, and DevOps roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 open technical positions simultaneously
- Develop strategic talent pipelines with Ohio State University and local tech meetups
- Conduct virtual technical screenings with senior developers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and compensation packages
- Implement ATS automation to reduce time-to-fill by 30%
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find cloud infrastructure talent
- Proven track record of 20+ technical placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Compensation negotiation expertise with $150k+ roles
- Ohio driver's license with willingness for client site visits
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
