Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across North Carolina's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity roles
- Build strategic partnerships with CTOs and engineering leaders at Fortune 500 startups
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews using structured methodologies
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or fintech clients
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, ML frameworks)
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and tech conferences
