Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific channels
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS metrics and market trend analysis
- Build and nurture a pipeline of pre-vetted technical talent across diverse tech stacks
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
- Stay current with emerging technologies and local tech market dynamics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical roles: software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to evaluate technical competencies during candidate screening processes
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or CTS preferred)
- Deep familiarity with New Orleans tech market and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in agency or corporate environments
