Responsibilities
- Source and engage elite technical talent across multiple platforms including GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Conduct in-depth technical screening sessions with candidates specializing in software engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes positions at client sites throughout the Phoenix metro area
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging technologies like AI/ML and blockchain
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job narratives
- Leverage ATS systems to track KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success placing software engineers and DevOps specialists
- Deep understanding of tech stacks including Java, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification preferred
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns with 50+ placements annually
- Strong analytical skills using data-driven recruitment metrics
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
