Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and IT roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 20+ tech partners
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Lead recruitment pipeline optimization using ATS and CRM tools
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience (staffing agency preferred)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements/month
- Expert knowledge of engineering stacks (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) a plus
- BS/BA in Business, HR, or related field
