Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior tech roles (backend/frontend engineers, DevOps architects)
- Build strategic talent pipelines for 15+ active tech clients in Chicagoland
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine JDs and interview processes
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in IT/tech sector
- Proven track record placing engineers in cloud/AI/ML roles
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and BooleanX tools
- Technical acumen to evaluate candidates for complex engineering roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Unmatched negotiation skills and closing expertise
- BS/BA in HR, Business, or related field preferred
