Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with engineering leaders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent engineering roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, Cloud, Blockchain)
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market trends
- Optimize recruitment funnel using Greenhouse and Lever ATS systems
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing
- Proven track record placing senior software engineers (Java, Python, Cloud)
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and BooleanX recruitment tools
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ placements in past 24 months
