Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles across software engineering, DevOps, and data science
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer negotiation with precision
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier technical talent through strategic sourcing
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and business objectives
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate competency
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEO regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Austin's tech market
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and modern tech stacks
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub talent discovery
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to close high-caliber candidates in competitive markets
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
