Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering roles across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Conduct technical evaluations including live coding sessions and system design interviews
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to our ATS optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success placing mid-to-senior engineering roles
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (Python, React, Kubernetes, ML frameworks)
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of meeting aggressive KPIs (50+ placements/year)
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
