Responsibilities
- Source and engage elite technical talent across engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline including screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Forge strategic partnerships with DC-based tech startups and enterprise clients
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and DC's evolving tech landscape
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or cybersecurity professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search, ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred), and technical assessment tools
- Deep understanding of DC's tech ecosystem and major tech employers
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated success against KPIs like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
