Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineering candidates across multiple tech stacks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop deep technical understanding of client requirements and market trends
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and pipeline health
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and passive candidate engagement
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM management
- Deep knowledge of Seattle's tech talent landscape
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
