Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, cybersecurity, and DevOps roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Lead client consultations to define technical requirements and employer branding
- Manage ATS pipeline with 95% candidate placement accuracy
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing
- Proven success placing mid-to-senior level tech talent
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Technical understanding of programming languages and cloud infrastructure
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Results-driven mindset with documented achievement of 50+ placements/year
