Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize hiring processes
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against role-specific competencies
- Implement data-driven recruitment analytics to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with Seattle-based tech companies
- Proven track record placing candidates in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skill sets and technical interviews
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Relevant certifications (CPSM, CTS, or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in Seattle's competitive tech market
