Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for mid-to-senior tech roles using Boolean/X-Ray techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active requisitions across diverse tech stacks
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments in partnership with hiring managers
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close high-value placements
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction metrics through proactive communication
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarking
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client business objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessment methodologies
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Ohio-based residency required for in-person client meetings
