Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Manage 15-20 concurrent technical hiring pipelines with SLA-driven delivery
- Collaborate with CTOs and hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with engineering teams
- Maintain ATS data integrity and provide weekly analytics to stakeholders
- Build and nurture a network of passive technical candidates through personalized outreach
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML and DevOps talent
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for backend/frontend/cloud positions
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-grade ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- Portfolio of successful placements at NYC-based tech unicorns
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut) preferred
