Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assess candidate competencies against role requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives including tech talks, hackathons, and campus recruitment
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system and ensure compliance with EEO regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 20+ technical placements annually
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and development methodologies
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools
