Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Project Managers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients with a focus on cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to ensure rapid response to client requirements.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and market positioning.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within Michigan.
