As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of our brand, driving the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Execute strategic sourcing plans using Boolean search and social networking platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Negotiate offers and close placements on time and on budget.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of placing IT professionals in a staffing agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
