Responsibilities
- Source and engage specialized tech talent across Austin's booming startup scene
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ enterprise clients in Central Texas
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Lever and Greenhouse ATS
- Maintain 95% placement rate through personalized candidate engagement
- Lead diversity initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin/San Antonio market
- Proven success placing cloud/AI engineers with $100k+ salaries
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter Sales Navigator
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Strong network within Austin's tech community (meetups, events)
- Experience with RPO/contract-to-hire models
