Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging specialized tech talent across full-stack development, cloud architecture, and DevOps
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes contract-to-hire roles
- Leveraging Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines
- Conducting technical interviews and candidate assessments with precision
- Collaborating with clients to refine job requirements and hiring strategies
- Utilizing Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS for seamless candidate management
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or enterprise clients
- Proven success placing senior engineers and infrastructure specialists
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and contract negotiations
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse/Bullhorn) and Boolean mastery
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms and development stacks
- Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills
