- Full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level tech roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Proactive candidate sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Collaborate with CTOs and Engineering VPs to define hiring needs and employer branding
- Manage interview processes and candidate experience from offer to onboarding
- Track KPIs: Time-to-hire, source quality, and candidate conversion rates
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for competitive Austin market
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin/Silicon Hills market
- Proven track record placing specialized tech roles (Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and technical interview evaluation
