Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market analysis to stay current on salary benchmarks and talent trends
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and company diversity initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo)
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
