Responsibilities

  • Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency or tech company
  • Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo)
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
