Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate panel interviews with engineering leads
- Negotiate competitive offers and ensure seamless onboarding for placed candidates
- Maintain 95%+ placement success rate through rigorous candidate vetting
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies and talent acquisition forecasts
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech companies
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML and infrastructure talent
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-grade ATS platforms
- Strong technical acumen to assess engineering skill sets and cultural fit
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent credential preferred
- Deep network of connections within Austin's tech ecosystem
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics tools
