Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment for AI/ML, Cloud, and Software Engineering roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Partner with CTOs to define hiring needs and architect talent pipelines
- Lead interview processes and present data-driven hiring recommendations
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical evaluation methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or AI companies
- Expertise in evaluating Python, Kubernetes, and ML stack competencies
- Proven track record of placing senior-level engineers ($150k+ roles)
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean sourcing and Boolean Ninja techniques
- Certified in Recruiter Metrics (CRM) or equivalent analytics certification
- Portfolio demonstrating successful talent pipeline scaling initiatives
