Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche forums)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise clients in Milwaukee's tech corridor
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Conduct technical screening assessments for software engineers and data professionals
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill cybersecurity and cloud roles
- Drive diversity initiatives in technical placements across Milwaukee's growing tech ecosystem
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize recruitment metrics for 30+ client accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Milwaukee market
- Expertise in sourcing specialized roles: Python, Java, AWS, DevOps, and ML/AI
- Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search
- Certification in technical interviewing (e.g., CTS, CP-RECRUITER) preferred
- Deep network connections with Milwaukee's developer and engineering communities
- Ability to translate technical requirements into compelling candidate engagement strategies
- Experience with contract-to-hire and direct placement models in IT staffing
