Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for hard-to-fill tech roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using Boolean mastery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Execute candidate assessments and technical interviews with Memphis' top engineering talent
- Collaborate with HR leaders at client companies to define hiring needs and employer branding strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking system data integrity and optimize conversion metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on Memphis market dynamics and tech talent acquisition trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placement records in software/IT roles
- Expertise in Memphis tech ecosystem and deep understanding of local talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced sourcing certifications (AIRS, CERS)
- Exceptional technical interview skills for engineering and data science positions
- Strong client management experience with Fortune 500 and high-growth startup portfolios
- BS/BA in Business, HR, or related technical field preferred
