Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer
- Build and maintain relationships with 20+ tech clients in Long Beach area
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and refine recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record placing engineers in Python, Java, or cloud roles
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Strong network of tech professionals in Southern California
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
