Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop deep partnerships with Houston-based tech companies to understand hiring needs
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.)
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of passive candidates
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on IT/tech roles
- Proven track record placing engineers, data scientists, or cybersecurity professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search strategies and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong network within Houston's tech community
- Ability to assess technical skills during candidate interviews
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technical recruitment (e.g., CTS, CTS) preferred
