Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and company cultures
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate competencies
- Optimize recruitment funnels using ATS platforms and data-driven analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal production metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/tech placement
- Expert knowledge of Miami's tech talent landscape and competitive compensation structures
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close high-value placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- SHRM-SCP or CTP certification preferred
