Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical roles
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 15+ enterprise clients in El Paso's tech corridor
- Source passive candidates using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess cultural fit
- Lead employer branding initiatives at local tech meetups and university career fairs
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining 95% candidate placement rate
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech companies
- Proven track record of 50+ placements in software engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment metrics
