Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and product roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for high-demand tech positions
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring requirements and employer branding strategies
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Maintain ATS data integrity and generate weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech companies
- Proven track record placing senior engineers and product managers
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or other modern ATS platforms
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Technical certifications (e.g., CTS) highly valued
