- Conduct virtual technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage client relationships through weekly business reviews and market insights
- Optimize ATS workflows to reduce time-to-hire by 40%
- Lead employer branding initiatives through tech meetups and content creation
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in Boston's tech ecosystem
- Proven success placing candidates in Python, Java, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Expertise in Greenhouse, Lever, or modern ATS platforms
- Strong technical assessment skills for coding challenges and system design
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred
