Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science).
- Utilize Boolean search and social media strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong knowledge of the Seattle tech market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
