Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill software engineering roles across AI, cloud, and DevOps
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Tableau
- Lead interview processes including technical assessments and candidate experience optimization
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent scarcity
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven placements in Seattle tech ecosystem
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo)
- Ability to evaluate technical skills for backend/frontend/data engineering roles
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of closing senior candidates
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and data-driven reporting
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
