Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles at Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement and market intelligence
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate alignment with company culture and technical competencies
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality
- Stay current with Bay Area tech market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in San Francisco's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing engineers at AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity companies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Strong technical understanding of software development methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
