Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking (LinkedIn Recruiter), to identify passive candidates.
- Manage a high volume of job orders, ensuring client expectations are met and deadlines are consistently exceeded.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their business needs and culture.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruiting strategies and improve placement metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of salary trends and industry demands in the San Diego tech market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Specialist in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles on a full-time basis.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in the San Diego area.
