Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at 15+ client organizations
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including employer branding campaigns
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize our applicant tracking system workflows
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to advise clients on competitive hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Raleigh/Triangle market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML and cloud infrastructure talent
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment pipelines (50+ active requisitions)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
