Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across Oakland's thriving startup ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and data science roles
- Develop strategic hiring partnerships with 15+ Bay Area tech clients
- Implement AI-powered sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
- Lead interview processes and data-driven candidate assessments
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment analytics dashboards
- Mentor junior recruiters on diversity-focused hiring practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with Bay Area startups
- Expertise in engineering recruitment (Python, React, Cloud/AWS)
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and pipeline building
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- SHRM-SPC or CERP certification preferred
