Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level tech roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with Fortune 500 and high-growth startup clients in Minneapolis
- Implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and niche tech communities
- Lead candidate assessments including technical screenings, behavioral interviews, and skills validation
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast hiring trends and identify new market opportunities
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record placing software developers and engineers
- Deep understanding of Minneapolis tech landscape including key employers and talent pools
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for roles across Java, Python, cloud technologies, and data stacks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
