Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, from identifying qualified candidates to negotiating offers and closing hires.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for key technical roles (DevOps, .NET, Java, SQL, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market compensation trends.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical assessments to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business and high referral rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
