Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent through strategic sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against industry standards
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using data-driven approaches and market intelligence
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and beyond
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement recruitment technology solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates at LA-based tech companies (startups to enterprises)
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, Java, cloud, DevOps) and hiring processes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
