This hybrid role offers 3 days in our downtown Columbus office with flexible remote options.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive engineering talent across Columbus's thriving tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Java, Python, and DevOps roles with 15+ clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Meetups, GitHub, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Present compelling candidate profiles to hiring managers with data-driven insights
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages while maintaining candidate experience
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create Columbus-specific recruitment campaigns
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through post-hire follow-ups
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech clients
- Proven track record of placing senior-level engineers ($100k+ roles)
- Expert knowledge of Columbus tech ecosystem (Columbus Tech, Rev1 Ventures, etc.)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) with data-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of full-stack development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful Columbus-based placements
