Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical and professional roles.
- Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordinating, and providing timely feedback.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Nurture a diverse talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring flow and reduce time-to-hire.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local networking events and career fairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or technical environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions within the technology sector.
- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to travel to client sites within the Colorado Springs area and beyond.
