Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for key client accounts.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches) to identify top-tier talent in the Seattle market and beyond.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or account management within a staffing agency or HR department.
- Deep knowledge of the Seattle tech ecosystem, including knowledge of major tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, AWS, Azure).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales/recruiting targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
