Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced Boolean sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and behavioral interviews to assess candidate competency and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize candidate selection processes
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Represent Nexus at industry conferences and networking events to expand our talent ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in NYC's competitive market
- Deep understanding of software engineering lifecycles, cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps practices
- Expertise in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategy decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
