Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and social platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS with 98% data integrity
- Conduct technical interviews and assess cultural fit for specialized roles
- Drive recruitment process improvements to reduce time-to-fill by 30%
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Expert knowledge of engineering stacks (Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record placing candidates at scale (50+ placements/year)
- Advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS experience (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
