Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate capabilities against client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for 15-20 active requisitions
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers at leading Jacksonville tech companies
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
- Maintain robust ATS pipeline with precise candidate matching and documentation
- Lead employer branding initiatives at Jacksonville tech meetups and conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS, FinTech, or cybersecurity clients
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill engineering roles (Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Technical aptitude to evaluate candidates' coding skills and system design knowledge
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of Jacksonville's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
