Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for AI, FinTech, and SaaS startups
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using Boolean and Boolean-XRay
- Partner with CTOs to define hiring roadmaps for scaling tech teams
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive engineering candidates
- Lead employer branding initiatives for technical talent communities
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Chicago market
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps
- Expertise in GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech forums
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) required
- Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and cloud technologies
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Experience with recruitment analytics and KPI reporting
