Responsibilities
- Source and engage specialized tech candidates across engineering, data science, and product management roles
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech companies
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and product roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of Seattle's tech market and compensation benchmarks
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles while maintaining candidate experience
