Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Pennsylvania's thriving tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-demand technical positions
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and skill alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing specialized tech roles in Pennsylvania market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates for engineering and data positions
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
